March 3rd - Arnold Sports Festival Indoor Triathlon & Multisport Championships

Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club in Columbus

The race consists of a 600m pool swim, 10-mile Spin bike ride, and outdoor 5k run! Racers get a tech tee (men's and women's cut), finisher medal and pass to the Arnold Sports Festival Expo and Events! A duathlon, ergathlon and kids Splash & Dash are also offered. Be a part of one of the largest sports festivals in the World and win a chance to meet Arnold Schwarzenegger!

June 3rd - Ohio Games Triathlon & Multisport Festival at Alum Creek State Park

Alum Creek State Park in Delaware, OH

All ages and abilities welcome! We offer 4 triathlon distances: beginner, sprint, olympic and 1/3 Iron. Our fun post race party has pizza, beer, snacks, soda, music and more! All racers receive a tech tee (men's and women's cut in short sleeve or tank) and finisher medal. This race will be fun for the whole family! Also featured are duathlons, aquabikes, aquathlons, open swims, cycling time trials, and other sports.

July 1st - Red, White & Zoom Triathlon Festival at Cowan Lake State Park

Cowan Lake State Park in Wilmington, OH

4 triathlons, including beginner, sprint, olympic, and 1/3 iron are perfect for any racer. Plus the post race party has pizza, beer, finisher medals and more! Additional duathlon, aquabike, aquathlon, and open swim distances available. All racers receive a tech tee (men's or women's cut in tank or short sleeve). This race will be fun for the whole family; beginners to Ironmen welcome!

August 26th - Zoom RedHawks Triathlon Festival at Hueston Woods State Park

Hueston Woods State Park in Oxford, OH

There will beginner, sprint, olympic and 1/3 iron triathlons, along with duathlon, aquabike, aquathlon, and open swim distances available. Celebrate after with golden bling finisher medals, beer, pizza, music and more! Every racer gets a finisher medal, pint glass and event tee (men's and women's cut in short or tank) This is a home course event for the Miami University Triathlon & Duathlon Team and a stop on the MECTC college triathlon schedule.

September 16th - Columbus Triathlon & Multisport Festival at Alum Creek State Park

Alum Creek State Park in Delaware, OH

This is the last stop in the series, and it will be awesome! You have 4 triathlons from which to choose, plus duathlons, aquabikes, aquathlons, and open swim distances. Drink beer, eat pizza and relax with your finisher medal, pint glass and event tee (men's and women's cut in tank or short sleeve) after the race. Bring your friends, family, and everyone else to a super fun event!

Race Series Details

Earn the Most Points in Your Age Group to Win!

- Collect series points by competing in triathlon races around Ohio this summer. The top males and female, in the following age groups, who earn the most points across the races win (top 3 scores determine winners)!

  • Youth Male & Female Divisions: USAT Ages 0-13
  • High School Male & Female Divisions: USAT Ages 14-18
  • Collegiate Male & Female Divisions: 19-24
  • Open Male & Female Divisions: USAT Ages 25-39
  • Masters Male & Female Divisions: USAT Ages 40-54
  • Grandmaster Male & Female Division: USAT Ages 55-99

- You must compete in at least 3 races to be eligible to win and those competing in the Columbus Triathlon earn double points. 

- We take your top 3 races to determine our winners. In the case of a tie, we will add together your places in the 3 races and take the lowest score.  In the case of another tie, we will consider 4th race scores and those who scored in longer race distances.   


How You Score Points

- Finish in the top 10 in your age group (see above) in any triathlon (Beginner, Sprint, Olympic or 1/3 Iron) race to earn the following points: 

  • 1st Place: 10 points; 2nd Place: 9 points
  • 3rd Place: 8 points; 4th Place: 7 points
  • 5th Place: 6 points; 6th Place: 5 points
  • 7th Place: 4 points; 8th Place: 3 points
  • 9th Place: 2 Points; 10th Place: 1 Point

- You can earn the following bonuses:

  • Top 10 in 1/3 Iron Triathlon +4pts
  • Top 10 in Olympic Triathlon +3pts
  • Top 10 in Sprint Triathlon +1pts
  • Finish all 5 races and earn +10pts

What Can I Win?

Series Champions win a custom performance 1/4 zip pullover in men's or women's cut. These are royal blue heather, 100% polyester, and super comfy for training or racing.
